Sally has 15 years experience practicing across government,
corporate and the human services sectors providing counselling support to
individuals, families and workplaces.
Sally has specific interest in assisting individuals
experiencing anxiety and depression, grief and loss, stress through work
related or personal challenges (relationship breakdown, children and adolescent
support).
Sally is frequently engaged to provide counselling services to
employees within a workplace, who may be experiencing personal or work related
challenges, which can be impacting on their capacity to remain productive in
their role. Sally also provides outplacement counselling support for employees
across a variety of workplaces throughout Queensland, who are transitioning
through a redundancy process.
Having consulted across Australia through the provision of
structured training programs, Sally has facilitated in house workshops focused in
organisational health/change management, assertive communication skill
building, core counselling skills for engagement with the general public,
trauma recovery and resilience for individuals and teams.
Sally is also available to provide professional supervision to
her peers, both in individual and group settings.
